- Create an effective and sustainable infrastructure, with long term social assistance for disabled people in disaster situations worldwide
- Promote access to education, employment, recreation and independent living for disadvantaged disabled people
- Provide specialist equipment and means to promote and sustain the independence of disabled people
- Work in partnership with Governmental and Non Governmental bodies and local Disabled Peoples Organisations
- Provide assistance in establishing and advising Disabled Peoples Organisations and groups
- Promote EQUALITY as an essential human right that enables people with disabilities to achieve inclusion in all aspects of life
